Your responsibilities

1. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final deployment;
2. Effectively communicating with and managing expectations of both internal and external stakeholders;
3. Ensuring all new features comply with Swiss regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on license verification;
4. Working closely with the IT team, our external partner as well as the legal department to ensure seamless project execution;
5. Preparing project roadmaps, localising existing processes, planning and allocating work, managing the team, project goals, and execution;
6. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.
