Requirements description

We encourage you to apply if you have:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Hands-on experience and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues, with a strong focus on Mac computers (macOS) and iOS devices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize tasks effectively, and escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Experience in supporting and helping manage SaaS and cloud solutions such as Google Workspace, Atlassian stackSlackO365, and Azure.
  • Experience in administering MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and are willing to develop your expertise in this area.
  • Knowledge of API usage and Python is a big plus.
  • Great English communication skills (both spoken and written). This is highly essential to support your colleagues - we’re a team of 25+ nationalities!
  • You are open to working in a hybrid model, coming to our office in Kraków(2 days/week).
  • You are willing to travel to other Unit8 locations.
  • Y ou are eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.

Your responsibilities

  1. Technical Support:
  2. Provide physical support to all Unit8’s locations when needed.
  3. Provide first-line support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  4. Respond to support tickets, calls, emails, or in-person requests in a timely manner.
  5. Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to improve system reliability.
  6. Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
