Requirements description

• a university degree in a technical, chemical, or life sciences field
• minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within regulated industries (food, pharmaceutical, or packaging)
• fluent English – both spoken and written
• practical knowledge of quality standards and audit processes
• ability to independently manage projects and drive change
• good organizational skills, stress resilience, and strong communication skills
• proficiency in MS Office, SAP, MII, and document management systems
• experience in implementing new standards will be an additional advantage

Your responsibilities

1. developing, implementing, and improving quality systems in line with the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical sectors (BRC Packaging, AIB, GMP, ISO 15378)
2. integrating standards with the current Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSC, ISCC+, HACCP)
3. coordinating audits and certification processes
4. approving and issuing quality documentation and audit reports
5. organizing and conducting training in the areas of quality, food safety, and GMP
6. managing and updating system documentation
