Requirements description

• minimum of 6 years of experience;
• strong, hands-on Python development skills;
• deep knowledge of NLP and transformer models (e.g., BERT, GPT);
• familiarity with OpenAI, RAG, Copilot, or similar GenAI technologies;
• ability to work with large volumes of unstructured data (documents, text, email);
• streamlit (or equivalent) is strongly preferred — used for rapidly building UIs to test POCs;
• experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

API development and integration skills (for upstream/downstream data flow);

Tech stack notes: Uses relational databases (Snowflake, SQL), hosted on AWS

AWS knowledge is a plus, but DevOps expertise is not required.

Role Expectations:

• Autonomy: The candidate is expected to be plug-and-play — able to operate with minimal ramp-up, especially on the data science side. Should be comfortable driving development independently while syncing with the existing team.
• Workstream ownership: The candidate will lead 2–3 parallel POC workstreams over time (Not all workstreams will be active simultaneously, but the engineer must flex between them as needed).
• Some flexibility required for workshops and cross-team meetings across regions

Soft skills:

• Highly motivated and result-oriented engineer with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Your responsibilities

1. Develop AI solutions leveraging LLMs to improve productivity and deliver strong business impact;
2. lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment of AI-powered solutions across various domains;
3. build scalable AI systems that support customer’s global expansion goals;
4. act as an evangelist for AI adoption by demonstrating clear value to stakeholders;
5. collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate AI into workflows and drive adoption;
6. present models, results, and systems to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders.
