What We're Looking For

As a CRM Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimizing our current operations and ensuring data-driven decisions.

Required skills:

  • +3 years of experience working with CRM or Re-engagement teams' mobile products as a CRM/Marketing/Product Analyst
  • Strong experience working with big data, demonstrating excellent SQL knowledge.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience with the process of continuous A/B testing, including detailed performance analysis.
  • Experience with Cohort Analysis, customer behavioural lifecycle
  • Experience with Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and/or tools
  • Experience with offers/vouchers and/or loyalty programs or other incentivization strategies is a plus
  • Experience with B2C subscription models
  • Python + Pandas/Numpy and other data science libraries

Your responsibilities

  1. Offer customer engagement and retention insights: Understand key drivers of customer engagement, retention, and churn, use these insights to identify high-impact opportunities across onboarding, pre-churn, retention, and cancellation user journeys to improve customer lifetime value and revenue.
  2. Optimising the customer’s journey: Identify key moments of drop-off, friction, high and low value touch points within the customer experience, informing strategies to increase engagement and value.
  3. Conducting and Enhancing A/B Test Analyses: Conduct A/B tests across the customer’s lifetime to improve user experience and engagement with our customer journeys. Conducting additional calculations for A/B tests and providing optimization recommendations.
  4. Proactive Data Quality Management: Monitoring data integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating on data source improvements.
  5. Conducting Root Cause Analysis: Investigating channel performance trends to identify underlying causes and support strategic decisions.
  6. Improving Reporting Efficiency: Design, build, and maintain clear data visualisations and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
