You have 3+ years as a Procurement Partner / Specialist with indirect procurement experience

As a Procurement Specialist you will join a team where individuals collaborate effectively, support each other, and work towards shared goals. You will be responsible for co-creating OneProcurement for both divisions in Poland, sharing knowledge with other Procurement Specialists while looking for new solutions and contributing to constant teamwork improvement

Your responsibilities
Manages end-to-end process in the assigned procurement categories while sharing values across both Polish divisions.
Creates and executes local sourcing strategies across multiple spend-pools in Pharma and Diagnostics.
Operates with a truly open mindset and ensures all procurement needs are met for both Polish divisions
Leads and drives specific strategic procurement initiatives across Polish divisions. Manages and influences cross-functional teams. Frequently interacts with DIA (Diagnostics) and Pharma’s colleagues and customers in order to cooperate with others; might conduct presentations of indirect project activities.
Builds lasting relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders from both Polish divisions, bringing a strategic sourcing perspective to all key processes.
Conducts and monitors negotiations across the applicable categories of spend-pool - contract planning, negotiation, execution, interpretation, and maintenance;
