Requirements description

• 5–7 years of experience as a software developer, ideally in a Tech Lead or Architect role
• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially PolicyCenter, but also BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
• Proficiency in Java and/or Gosu
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
• Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
• Openness to occasional travel
• Availability to work full time

We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer / Tech Lead to join a large-scale, long-term insurance project.

Your responsibilities

1. Implement and configure Guidewire modules – mainly PolicyCenter.
2. But BillingPolicy and ClaimCenter is also nice to have
3. Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality.
4. Integrate Guidewire with external systems
5. Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices
6. Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
