For our Client, PE backed FMCG manufacturing company, we are looking for a skilled In-house Lawyer with expertise in international commercial law. You'll be reporting directly to CFO, working closely with another experienced In-house Lawyer.

Requirements

• at least two years of experience in a similar position as an In-house Lawyer or in a law firm providing services to business entities,
• experience in international companies,
• good knowledge of civil, commercial, economic and administrative law, as well as labor law,
• good knowledge of English (B2+), including experience in drafting and writing contracts in English,
• ability to solve problems while taking into account legal and business risks,
• independence and responsibility for assigned tasks,
• title of Legal Adviser - preferred.

Responsibilities

• legal advice on current matters of the company and related companies,
• monitoring changes in legal regulations concerning the activities of the company and related companies,
• drafting and reviewing contracts (especially with international retailers, wholesales, drugstores etc.),
• preparing letters, analyses, legal opinions, etc.,
• participation in negotiations of commercial contracts,
• participation in M&A processes,
• cooperation with external law firms.
