THE WORK:

Your typical tasks will include:

• Accounting operations in Fixed Assets area in accordance with US GAAP, SOX controls
• Performing asset capitalization, retirement, maintenance requests and setup new assets in Fixed Assets subledger
• Assuring balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
• Reviewing of GL andamp; FA Subledger for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
• Preparing extended review andamp; analysis of subledger in order to ensure accuracy of data
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC) issues
• Supporting internal andamp; external audit
• Recommendation and implementation of process improvements ideas

Job Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT WE WOULD EXPECT FORM YOU:

• Fluent English
• Minimum 2 years of finance experience in general ledger area or professional qualification education
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines
• Analytical and communication skills
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month-end closing
• Shared service experience is a plus
• Oracle ERP system experience is a plus
