Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
UK & IE Payroll Team Leader
Your future role:
Build and lead a high-performing payroll team through effective recruitment, development, and performance management,
Drive team performance by setting clear objectives and tracking key performance indicators,
Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture through regular communication and mentorship,
Optimize team efficiency by managing workload distribution and prioritizing tasks,
Represent the payroll team in client meetings and act as a primary escalation point,
Own the management and improvement of SLA and KPI performance,
Demonstrate in-depth expertise in payroll regulations and processes (UK and IE),
Oversee the entire payroll cycle, from data collection to payment disbursement, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards,
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and drive process improvements,
Utilize SAP and other relevant systems to efficiently manage payroll data and generate accurate reports,
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the payroll service delivery experience,
Build strong relationships with the client and client employees through open communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
Apply if you have:
3+ years of experience in managing payroll teams of at least 10 employees,
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes,
Experience with SAP payroll systems, Google tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues.
