For our Client, an international technology organization currently building new Shared Services structures in Wrocław, we are looking for a Senior RTR Accountant.

You will support the monthly and quarterly close activities, maintain accuracy across general ledger accounts for multiple legal entities, and contribute to building a scalable reporting framework in line with future public company requirements.

Requirements

• around 5 years of professional experience in general ledger accounting,
• strong working knowledge of ERP environment and advanced Excel capabilities,
• understanding of IFRS or HGB accounting standards,
• experience with IPO preparation or public company standards is a plus,
• detail-focused and comfortable working in complex, multi-entity environments,
• demonstrated ability to improve processes and standardize accounting operations,
• effective communicator with experience collaborating across accounting, finance, and audit teams,
• knowledge of English at C1 level,
• knowledge of German is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• contribute to global general ledger close procedures, including journal postings, accrual calculations, and balance sheet reconciliations,
• support transactional data processing into ERP,
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and allocate tasks across regions,
• ensure adherence to IFRS standards and internal control frameworks,
• assist the FP&A team with actual-to-budget variance analysis and reconciliations,
• prepare schedules and maintain documentation for external audits and IPO-related activities,
• participate in initiatives to streamline and automate GL operations,
• maintain consistent audit trails and detailed financial documentation throughout accounting workflows.
