THE WORK

• Processing and coding invoices andamp; travel expenses in accordance with procedures.
• Monitoring invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed upon a timely basis.
• Close cooperation with client stakeholders from Germany and from other European teams.
• Providing regular reporting related to the above processes.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Very good English and German (min. B2)
• High accuracy and focus on details
• Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
• MS Office (Excel) skills
