Requirements

• fluent German (C1) and English (B2+) - both spoken and written,
• at least 2 years of experience in HR administration,
• good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing tools,
• strong communication and analytical skills,
• attention to detail and good understanding of GDPR regulations,
• strong time management and multi-tasking skills,
• ability to understand client needs, think ahead, and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• handling HR-related tickets and requests in a timely manner, keeping clients informed,
• logging all requests accurately in the ticketing system,
• categorizing issues and assigning them to the right team member,
• taking full ownership of client queries and following up on escalations,
• participating in client discussions to improve processes,
• answering incoming service line calls,
• ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are met.
