What you will do:

• Collect due receivables according to procedures.
• Influence customers, negotiating and building business relationships.
• Cooperate with internal departments (finance and sales teams).
• Handle emails andamp; outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
• Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.

What we expect:

• Fluency in English and German languages (min. B2 level in both is required).
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, O2C Collections, BPO, Shared Services will be an asset.
• Developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
