THE WORK

• Managing collections process on assigned portfolio of customers
• Resolving customers disputes pertaining to Collections
• Answering customers incoming queries
• Making recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectable debt
• Building long term business relationship with customers
• Planning and prioritizing own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Excellent communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
