Here’s what you’ll be doing as Senior Product Manager:

  • Launch and optimise payment products to drive company revenue (bank payouts, card schemas, wallets, open banking, APMs)

  • Conduct thorough product discovery, refinement and prioritisation of new expansion bets based on business impact

  • Introduce a long-term payment product roadmap, which focuses on both company growth and maintenance needs

  • Lead mandatory payment-related changes required by the UK/EU regulators and payment processing partners

  • Work with a team consisting of a hands-on Engineering Manager and 7 BE Engineers, take part in team rituals

  • Provide the engineering team with business context and requirements - lead them by influence, not authority

  • Closely cooperate with Product, Banking & Infrastructure, Marketing, Operations, Support, and other teams

  • Participate in Product Gateway meetings for weekly reporting to C-Level leadership, be clear and concise

  • Collaborate with major third-party payment providers during the implementation and optimisation process

Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior Product Manager:

  •  5+ years of experience in product management within the payments domain (preferably, in the FinTech or banking sector)

  • Proven track record of scoping and delivering payment integrations, currency accounts, and other payment products

  • Focus on prioritising and leading product initiatives based on business impact, driving product expansion and revenue

  • Experience working with PSPs, banking partners, acquirers, payment orchestration, global and local payment schemas

  • Coordination of projects with multiple internal stakeholders, including engineering, business development, and marketing

  • Ability to consult senior management during major decision-making, confidence to support or challenge proposed ideas

  • Feel comfortable with rapid business changes - have grit, great adaptability, and eagerness to learn at a lightning speed

  • Deep thinker, disciplined and self-driven, focused on outcomes, constantly seeking new entrepreneurial challenges

  • Proficient in using analytical and productivity tools (e.g. Tableau, Jira, Notion, Miro, Gemini, Google Workspace)
