About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Service Manager to strengthen our team. Your job as Project Manager will be to directly lead projects and teams in Poland and abroad. You will be accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction, and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on spec, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

As part of this role, you will provide leadership and direction to our team leaders and build a highly efficient delivery organization. You and your team will work on improving our project management processes and ensuring our best practices are implemented in all our projects. You will regularly inform the team about the status of our clients and projects, as well as about the opportunities to improve our processes. You will support Managers in our mission towards our clients.

Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management

• IT project planning and financial tracking

• Release management and deployment orchestration

• Agile development at scale

• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must

• Proven experience in agile environments

• Fluency in English is a must (min B2, C1 preferred)

• Can-do attitude

• Great attention to detail

• Independence and drive to grow and learn

• 5+ years of experience
