It is a great opportunity to gain experience and build strong relationships with Leadership. You will own the stakeholder management and drive the right outcome from the CIO.

What you’ll do

  • Own end to end financing control across Staff Channels, both at a Value Stream and a Platform level.
  • Understand and explain variances across charges and direct costs variances.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Finance issues in the C&P Platform.
  • Prepare reports for Senior Leadership, performance review etc.
  • Monitor and report progress against plans, quality & costs.
  • Lead the annual AOP cycle for the Platform and VS.
  • Have the ability to understand, review & sign off monthly accruals.
  • Manage business framework structure changes.
  • Provide support and cover across WFM, vendor team.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Expected to possess knowledge of financial budgeting/ P&L methodology and models, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes.
  • Strong relationship Management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skill, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
  • Experience of working in large technical environments, as well as experience of working on a global scale (i.e. across time zone & geography and with remote teams).
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude, highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with key tools including Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong Excel skills.
