Drive Digital Transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise!

Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remotely!

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will be working for our client, a well-established company undergoing digital transformation to optimize its logistics and warehouse management operations. As a subject matter expert, you will help drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and ensure the success of each implementation phase through expert configuration, training, and post-go-live support.

Your main responsibilities: Analyze logistics and warehouse processes to identify improvement opportunities:

• Configure and personalize D365 Finance and Operations to meet client needs

• Integrate D365F&O with external IT systems

• Optimize warehouse operations from a process and system performance perspective

• Design and document technical and functional requirements

• Conduct training sessions for end users and provide post-implementation support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business processes

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose enhancements

• Lead client workshops to gather and validate business requirements

• Support full project lifecycle, from analysis through to deployment

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience with Warehouse Management System implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle D365F&O project with advanced WMS

• Expertise in configuring and customizing D365 modules related to warehouse and logistics

• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions

• Proven experience in system integration within D365F&O ecosystem

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to create project documentation and user instructions

• Experience leading or co-leading implementation projects

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
