🚀 We Are Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Rollout Experts

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Rollout Experts in the following specialization areas:

• 💰 Finance

• 📦 Sales & Supply Chain Management (SCM)

• 👥 HCM & Payroll

As a Rollout Expert, you will play a key role in deploying D365 across European entities. You’ll work closely with local and central teams to ensure system configuration, compliance with localization, testing, and post-go-live support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Support rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in your area of expertise

• Analyze and implement local legal and business requirements

• Coordinate and conduct integration and UAT testing

• Collaborate with project teams, IT, and business stakeholders

• Support data migration and contribute to project documentation

• Train and support end users

💼 Specialization – D365 Finance:

• Implement core D365 Finance functionality (AP, AR, GL, FA)

• Handle tax logic (VAT, Intrastat, statutory reporting)

• Manage fixed assets, month-end/year-end closing

• Ensure compliance with financial and reporting regulations

📦 Specialization – D365 Sales & SCM:

• Configure and optimize purchasing, warehouse, and sales

• Manage contracts, production, and supply chain processes

• Support inventory and stock planning

👥 Specialization – D365 HCM & Payroll:

• Configure and roll out D365 HR/Payroll modules

• Ensure local payroll and HR compliance

• Integrate with banks (SEPA), time-tracking, and expense tools

• Support development of local HCM policies

✅ Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience with international D365 implementations or rollouts

• Solid understanding of local business and legal processes

• Strong configuration and analytical skills

• English fluency (B2/C1); other languages are a plus

• Ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications (MB-310, MB-330, MB-500)

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall

• Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, Power BI
