Job opportunity: Change Management AnalystLocation:

Kraków (hybrid – approx. 5–6 days/month in the office)

Contract type: B2B

Rate: 140–160 PLN/hour

We are looking for a skilled Change Management Analyst to join a global cybersecurity service delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT change processes, stakeholder engagement, and service management, who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

As part of the team, you will support the coordination of the Cybersecurity Change Board, ensure compliance with SDLC controls, review change records for quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve change processes. Your work will directly contribute to risk reduction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the Cybersecurity Change Board and managing agendas in ServiceNow CAB Workbench

• Ensuring adherence to SDLC controls and educating change initiators

• Reviewing change records for completeness and quality

• Reporting on change management metrics and compliance

• Identifying and addressing recurring issues in collaboration with stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in IT Change Management, ideally in a large, regulated environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and CAB Workbench

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

• Background in cybersecurity or IT service delivery is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience in Quality Assurance or data visualization

• Familiarity with business process modeling and project management tools
