Senior Software Engineer (.NET + Angular, 100% Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative, product-driven team building a scalable and evolving platform used by multiple organizations. This long-term, remote-friendly role is ideal for a proactive engineer who enjoys full-stack development with a focus on .NET and Angular, and values both technical excellence and close collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience using .NET for building APIs and backend logic.

• Strong frontend development skills with Angular.

• Experience with SQL Server, including database design and performance optimization.

• Solid understanding of API development and third-party integrations.

• Understanding of secure deployment practices (SSL, IIS configuration).

• Interest in people leadership or mentorship

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with React

• Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., address lookup, messaging).

• Awareness of user experience best practices and care for UI/UX design.

• Exposure to VPS or multi-tenant platform architecture.

• Use of AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work.

• Experience or interest in team leadership or project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services and frontend features for a growing multi-tenant platform.

• Take part in feature planning and occasionally communicate with customers to understand real-world needs.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to plan and deliver product improvements.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

• Help structure and guide team workflows in coordination with the broader leadership.

• Support the ongoing transition from legacy project management tools to Notion and Jira.

• Contribute to process improvement and help foster a more autonomous and scalable development culture.
