Job description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge, voice-driven AI platform. This role focuses on building scalable backend systems that process real-time audio streams and integrate with third-party services, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

• Proven expertise in software architecture design and backend development.

• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining production-level systems.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, Async IO, and integration frameworks.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance backend systems capable of handling real-time audio/data streams.

• Architect robust integrations with third-party APIs and services, ensuring reliability and scalability.

• Optimize distributed systems for low-latency processing and fault tolerance.

• Collaborate on deploying and maintaining cloud-native solutions (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Drive innovation by applying creative solutions to unique technical challenges in AI and real-time communication.

• Own end-to-end delivery of critical components, from design to deployment and monitoring.
