This job is all about:

• Leading and mentoring autonomous, agile teams on ambitious, end-to-end projects.

• Taking full ownership of the technical side of your projects, including architecture design and technology choices.

• Driving the delivery of high-quality iOS applications for outstanding local and global brands.

• Designing and establishing advanced communication with server data sources, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Co-creating and enforcing coding standards and best practices for the entire team.

• Conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a high standard of quality.

• Taking part in preparing and approving key architectural and project documentation.

We're looking for:

• At least 5+ years of commercial experience in developing iOS applications, including a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Expert knowledge of Swift and deep understanding of modern iOS frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit).

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable application architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVVM-C, TCA, Clean Architecture).

• Strong command of English, allowing for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for helping others grow.

• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic, long-term solutions.

As a Senior/Leader, we expect you to have a deep understanding of these technologies and the ability to justify architectural decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the tech stack for new projects, deciding what is best for the team and the business.
