This is what you can expect from us:

With us, you'll revolutionize the repair approval process for vehicle damage to identify and settle car claims quickly. This challenging role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies for real-time assessments and ensuring fair, transparent processing between end customers, workshops, and insurance or leasing companies. You'll be part of an international and diverse team of 15 experts working together on innovative solutions to create measurable added value for our customers.

These are your tasks:

• Work in close and continuous exchange with our customers to develop software products that meet their needs
• Identify and develop creative solutions in collaboration with other product teams and research and development
• Establish and lead scalable technology products in the automotive sector to success
• Create and realize inspiring product versions as part of our in-house product development
• Develop a clear roadmap , conduct behavioral analyses and feedback evaluations , and continuously optimize products based on KPIs
• As an intrapreneur , take responsibility for the lateral management of an interdisciplinary team of developers

This is what we want from you:

• Qualification: Degree in economics, (business) mathematics, computer science or a comparable degree and several years of experience as a product manager in an agile environment
• Experience & Know-how: Pragmatic, use case-based approach, focus even on more complex issues, as well as skills in portfolio prioritization, new product launches, pricing, and financial metrics
• Personality & Working Practice: Strong analytical skills, ability to structure complex issues and a high degree of initiative
• Language: Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
• Nice-to-have: Professional experience in the tech/digital industry
