Job description

• Location: Poland - Warsaw (consideration for Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź)

• Office model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

• Contract: B2B

• Rate: up to 180 pln net/h

Summary: The T24 Developer will provide critical support in the Production Support and Tooling team, primarily focusing on incident resolution and collaboration with the core banking vendor for process improvements and issues related to T24 applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for software development from technical design to delivery.

• Utilize Jbase/Java for developing or interfacing with T24 applications.

• Recommend improvements to existing T24 technical and business processes.

• Develop programs or codes from design specifications that meet quality standards.

• Ensure applications are secured by working closely with IT Security.

• Engage with third-party vendors for assessing proposals.

• Incorporate application controls during software design.

• Document system developments as per application development policies.

• Create test plans, test cases, and perform unit testing.

• Track and manage change requests and user issues in existing systems.

• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and execute test plans.

• Collaborate with business analysts and the QA team.

• Perform coding, code review, and unit testing.

• Contribute to product maintenance.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3-7 years’ experience in application development.

• Minimum of six years’ professional experience in developing Temenos T24/Core Banking.

• In-depth T24/JBASE development experience.

• Experience in T24 template programming and customization.

• Deep understanding of T24 modules like System Core tables, Funds Transfer, Forex, etc.

• In-depth Java development experience.

• Knowledge of TAFJ/jBASE, InfoBasic (jBC), jQL, OFS, jAgent.

• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Delivery principles.

• Certification in programming.

• Experience with web or mobile applications is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in web development.
