• Contract: B2B, 6 months + extensions

Summary:

The Salesforce Product Owner will act as a pivotal link between business teams and Salesforce development, ensuring maximized utilization of the SF MediaCloud platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects.
• Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in alignment with product and tech roadmaps.
• Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) capabilities to influence future solutions.
• Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
• Knowledgeable of the lead to cash process.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features.
• Proven experience gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications preffered.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks).

Nice to Have:

• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Media Cloud or Salesforce Industries / Vlocity components (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator / App Builder / Business Analyst.
