Project information:

• Industry: banking

• Start: ASAP/to determinate

• Location: Gdańsk/Warsaw/Łódź; hybrid 1-2 days per week in the office

• B2B up to 160 zł/h

This role focuses on enhancing testing processes through rigorous Test Automation, ensuring high-quality software delivery. The IT Tester will develop and maintain test automation frameworks while also supporting manual testing efforts, making it integral to the software development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack test automation frameworks.

• Create and prepare test scenarios.

• Conduct manual testing, including the preparation of test cases and test data.

• Execute tests and report defects for analysis.

• Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and support business testing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Full stack test automation experience (Frontend, Middleware, Backend).

• Proficiency in .Net, Power App, and C#.

• Experience with the test automation pyramid (shift-left).

• 3+ years of programming experience (beyond codeless tools).

• Knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices (TDD, BDD, Page Object Model).

• ISTQB foundation-level knowledge (certified or obtaining certification within 3 months).

• GIT version control experience.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Manual testing experience.

• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Robot Framework.

• Knowledge of Python and Java.
