Business Analyst

• 💰Up to $4.500 Gross Monthly Salary

• 📍 Hybrid from Warsaw (3 days/week at office)

Their ecosystem includes a workflow optimization platform, a scalable cloud infrastructure, and a suite of modular tools that support enterprise growth and performance.

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Customer Delivery team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and enterprise clients to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

● Document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision.

● Work with product and technical teams to ensure feasibility and correct interpretation of

business needs.

● Maintain and refine product backlogs in collaboration with Product Delivery Managers.

● Track and manage requirement changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.

● Support UAT planning, execution, and documentation.

● Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and delivery playbooks.

Qualifications Required

● 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or platform implementation environment.

● Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

● Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

● Experience working directly with engineering or product development teams.

● Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Skills

● Exposure to technical concepts like APIs, data modeling, or integrations.

● Experience in customer-facing roles or software delivery consulting.

● Understanding of B2B enterprise workflows or configurable platforms.
