Job description

We are hiring experienced MLOps Engineers to join one of two high-impact, large-scale projects that focus on building and scaling modern MLOps platforms on Google Cloud Platform.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may join a project focused on:

• Designing a centralized, enterprise-wide MLOps platform on GCP for a Fortune 500 client across various departments (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Airflow, ML pipeline standardization, governance, monitoring), or

• Building customer-facing ML-powered features at global scale for a well-known consumer tech company, leveraging LLM APIs, NLP, and experimentation platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Python, Spark, Docker, recommendation systems, etc.)

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, production-grade ML pipelines and infrastructure

• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and DevOps to ensure smooth model deployment and lifecycle management

• Integrate best MLOps practices around CI/CD, monitoring, model tracking, and versioning

• Work with tools like Vertex AI, Kubeflow Pipelines, Composer, and MLFlow

• Contribute to experimentation (A/B testing, experiment tracking)

• (Depending on the project) Work on LLM-based features, NLP pipelines, or content personalization systems using Generative AI

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer / MLOps Engineer

• Strong Python programming skills

• Hands-on experience with GCP – especially Vertex AI, BigQuery, Composer (Airflow)

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and principles – CI/CD, model registries, experiment tracking, data quality checks

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and agile environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face) and Generative AI

• Background in NLP, recommender systems, or personalization

• Knowledge of Spark, GoLang, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with customer-facing ML products

• Enthusiasm for mentorship, clean architecture, and scalable system design
