We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Kong Konnect to join our Platform Engineering team. This role focuses on enabling self-service API management, governance, and observability across the organization. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure, helping to scale and operate the API platform across hybrid cloud environments.

Your role is:

-> Kong support and operation;

-> Infrastructure management;

-> Provide guidance on using Kong features and best practices within the organization;

Your skills and experiences:

-> 3+ years of experience with Kong Gateway, including at least 1 year with Kong Konnect in production environments;

-> Experience working as part of a platform engineering or infrastructure team;

-> Strong knowledge of API management, REST and microservices architecture;

-> Kubernetes experience is strongly recommended, including managing services and ingress through Kong Gateway;

-> Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm and GitOps practices;

-> Understanding of identity and security protocols including OAuth2, OpenID Connect and JWT;

-> Strong scripting or automation experience (e.g., Bash, Python);
