Job description

We’re looking for a product owner with a deep passion for travel. You will be working with an innovative travel AI startup that creates new ways for planning trips tailored to the group's interests - including specialty coffee shops if you're a coffeehead, a concert matching your musical taste that is happening where you travel, or an off-the-beaten path sightseeing itinerary if that's your jam.

You'll collaborate with the management team to connect business with technology, working alongside our technical and design teams. Your job will start with an exciting trip to the US to meet the founders of the company we are working with.

What you’ll do

• Shape and maintain our product backlog to align with business objectives

• Guide development through clear user stories and acceptance criteria

• Lead sprint planning and help teams overcome obstacles

• Refine our products through iterative improvement

• Keep our long-term technical quality and product vision on track

Your day-to-day

You'll be the connector between:

• Business teams planning the go-to-market startegy

• Design teams

• Technical teams

We work in a pragmatic agile workflow without religious corporate scrum overhead. Each team finds what works best for them, with a focus on efficient shipping while maintaining quality and long-term technical excellence.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role. Bonus points for experience with:

• B2B and B2B2C platforms, marketplaces with endpoints for individual users

• Mobile-first apps

• Travel apps

• Track record of shipping complex products

• Technical understanding of software development, mobile web technologies (AI models and workflows, APIs)

• Immaculate communication skills in English are a must (English, C1-C2)
