🚀 Job Opening: .NET Support Lead

Location: Gdansk, Poland Remote

Employment Type: B2B Contract for 6+ months

Experience Level: Mid to Senior


🌟 About the Role

Are you an experienced IT professional ready to lead and deliver high-impact application services? We are looking for a dynamic Application Operations Lead to join our team and oversee the full spectrum of Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective Action Management for mission-critical applications.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure application stability, performance, and continual service improvement across the lifecycle. You will also be the key point of contact for our customers, internal teams, and vendors, driving operational excellence and innovation.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Operate and Enhancement Services for applications within the scope of our contract.

  • Allocate work, guide technical teams, and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

  • Follow up with internal teams to resolve local application issues efficiently.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for application support, issue resolution, and upgrades.

  • Monitor SLAs/KPIs and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and customers.

  • Provide clear and timely communication to business users, Country IT, and leadership teams.

  • Support incident management with relevant application and business process insights.

  • Drive continuous improvement and implement service enhancement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with teams and suppliers to manage ticket triage and third-party upgrades.


🧠 Skills & Experience Required

  • Fluency in French & German (mandatory).

  • Strong team management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.

  • Deep understanding of ITIL and hands-on experience with process implementation.

  • Proven track record in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

  • Proficient in service reporting, risk management, and escalation handling.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.

  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
