We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design strategy for our acquisition efforts - with a sharp focus on optimizing our website and driving conversions across key funnels. This role is critical to AirHelp’s next stage of growth, where every interaction counts and every design decision has measurable impact.

You’ll own how millions of users first experience our brand - from the homepage to the moment they take action. By collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering, you'll create user journeys that convert seamlessly across our claiming funnels, sales paths, and app downloads.

This is a role for a builder. You’ll shape the digital face of AirHelp, using research, analytics, and experimentation to lead design work that performs at scale and moves metrics that matter.

It's a hybrid (2 days/week from the office) job opportunity based in Kraków, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Berlin.

What you’ll drive:

  • Lead end-to-end design for acquisition-focused initiatives, with a primary emphasis on website experiences that drive conversions into claiming funnels, sales funnels, and app downloads.

  • Define and evolve the design strategy for conversion pathways - leveraging user insights, behavioral data, and A/B testing to shape vision and execution.

  • Mentor and support designers focused on acquisition, contributing to a culture of rapid iteration and data-informed design.

  • Optimize user flows across web and mobile, ensuring high-performing CTAs, landing pages, and sign-up journeys that minimize friction and maximize conversion.

  • Translate data into design action, using analytics and user feedback to continually improve website performance.

  • Communicate clearly across teams and leadership, aligning on priorities through clear rationale and measurable results.

  • Champion tools and workflows that accelerate high-quality design output across acquisition channels.

  • Own performance metrics such as website click-through rates, funnel entry rates, and app download initiations.

What you’ll deliver in the first 12 months:

  • Define and drive the design strateg y for our website and conversion pathways, building a data-informed roadmap and backlog in close partnership with product leadership.

  • Optimise key conversion touch-points by designing and launching A/B tests for landing pages, user flows, and sign-up processes that measurably increase entries into our sales funnels, claiming funnels, and app downloads.

  • Translate complex data into simple, effective design solutions, continuously using website analytics, user research, and test results to create a backlog of actionable improvements.

  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms to drive decisions.

  • A portfolio that highlights strategic, high-impact web design with business results.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across teams.

  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with marketing and product collaboration.

  • Mastery of Figma and familiarity with tools for web analytics and optimization.

  • A passion for helping others grow through thoughtful feedback, mentoring, and shared ownership.

  • Comfort working in English in a globally distributed, impact-driven company.
