Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine the enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

• Conduct solution architecture assessments to identify and address capability and design gaps.

• Define a capability model and integrated technology roadmap to support long-term objectives.

• Collaborate with senior technology leadership to drive strategic IT initiatives and transformations.

• Lead due diligence and assessments for new software/platform adoption.

• Design and document the “as-is” and “to-be” architecture states with improvement recommendations.

• Engage stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and recommend actionable solutions.

• Champion architecture best practices and enhance software development processes.

• Ensure strong governance, transparency, and consistent communication across technology teams.

• Support the integration and optimization of CRM systems, with specific experience in Salesforce.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with proven delivery in financial services or banking.

• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, capability modelling, and IT strategy planning.

• Experience with CRM and Salesforce platforms and their integration into enterprise systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work across business and technology teams, influencing senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end architecture improvements.

• Ability to operate independently while managing complex architectural initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated financial environment.

• Strong understanding of architectural governance models and best practices.

• Certification in TOGAF, Salesforce, or other enterprise architecture frameworks (preferred but not required).
