BUSINESS ANALYST WITH BLOCKCHAIN

💸 140 PLN/h netto+VAT

💻 100% remote

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear and structured specifications for development teams
• Support the design and implementation of blockchain-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and product owners
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments
• Assist in testing and validation of new features or systems
• Communicate project updates and requirements clearly across business and technical teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services or complex IT projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (minimum B2+)
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in agile environments
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and use cases
