🌍 OMP Consultant – Remote (Client Onsite Visits as Needed) Location: Remote (Willingness to travel to client locations (Germany or Poland) as required) Time Zone Preference: European Time Zone (Open to offshore candidates)

We are looking for an experienced OMP Consultant to join our dynamic team and support end-to-end implementation and support of OMP Demand & Supply Planning solutions. This is a remote position with occasional travel to client sites as required.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OMP Planning Applications, especially Demand Planning.

• Analyze, design, validate, and deploy OMP-based solutions in collaboration with clients.

• Create and test functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations.

• Map business processes, create documentation, and ensure alignment with application workflows.

• Lead or contribute to key meetings with clients, stakeholders, and executives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seamless end-to-end solution architectures.

• Ensure effective integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP/APO).

• Prepare and deliver client presentations and user training sessions across project phases.

• Maintain process/data integrity and deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in OMP implementation and support.

• Strong functional understanding of supply chain planning.

• Solid knowledge of master and transactional data for demand and supply planning.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical and functional solutions.

• Previous experience in system development life cycle (design, development, testing, go-live support).

💡 Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• OMP certifications (highly valued).

• Experience with Solvers, OPAL, and configuration tools.

• Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP APO integration.

• Experience with client engagements in high-pressure environments.
