Job description

Join an agile delivery squad responsible for integrating a recently acquired company into the client’s existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. Be a part of a critical global program ensuring seamless integration, customized functionality, and operational stability.

We are building a high-performing team with a balanced mix of expertise and experience in CRM development and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the squad to deliver integration and customization solutions using Dynamics 365 for the acquired business unit

• Take ownership of architecture decisions related to CRM workflows, custom entities, data models, and integrations

• Manage CRM integration with external systems such as SAP and the Customer Portal

• Align the roadmap with the LDC Global CRM Architect and Product Owner

• Maintain high development standards while guiding and mentoring junior team members

• Ensure compliance with multilingual, performance, and security requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including the Sales module

• Strong background in designing solutions, customization, and data modeling

• Expertise in Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics SDK

• Knowledge of integrating SAP and external portals using APIs or middleware

• Leadership experience in global enterprise-level CRM implementations

• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese (Brazilian) is highly desirable
