Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical and integration specifications

• Design system components aligned with architecture and performance goals

• Define and document REST/SOAP APIs for third-party and internal services

• Model business processes and system flows using UML/BPMN in Enterprise Architect

• Prepare functional specifications and guide development through delivery

• Validate integrations using Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI, and SQL

• Conduct impact assessments and support architecture and security reviews

• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and product owners

• Define acceptance criteria and support testing and release cycles

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative planning

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst

• Proven background in large-scale IT or fintech projects

• Deep understanding of API design, integration patterns, and distributed systems

• Strong skills in UML, BPMN, SQL, and Enterprise Architect

• Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI

• Fluent Polish and English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and Kafka

• Experience in mobile/web banking, loyalty, or e-commerce systems

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise cloud architecture

• Exposure to Azure cloud services
