Software Engineer (React / React-AI)

Location: Warsaw (remote for now, hybrid soon)

Salary: up to 17 000 PLN/month

Contract type: B2B

Our client is a US-based technology company headquartered in New York City, delivering digital solutions and consulting services that transform businesses and drive value. With offices in multiple countries, the company is now investing in a new engineering centre in Warsaw, recognizing and valuing the technical expertise and strong work culture of software engineers in Poland.

Currently, our client is building a new team in Warsaw. For now, the work is fully remote, but within a few months, team members will be expected to work onsite in the Warsaw office 3 days a week.

about the role

As a Software Engineer (React / React-AI), you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive user interfaces for innovative web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, interactive products.

what you will do

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React
• Apply test-driven development (TDD) and maintain CI practices
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and sales teams
• Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Work with modern frameworks such as React.js + Redux (Next.js is a plus)
• Implement asynchronous and functional programming paradigms
• Debug frontend issues and manage Git branches effectively

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience in JavaScript and TypeScript development
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, functional and OO programming
• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, Git, and debugging tools
• Familiarity with custom package creation and integration
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure
• Proficiency in writing cross-browser compatible code
