Join a Scrum Team & develop digital finance software solutions!

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/week)

As a .NET Developer you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution focused on delivering secure and innovative online banking services. You will join a dynamic team responsible for enhancing a modern banking platform using .NET technologies. The project involves the development of scalable, high-performance systems built on microservices architecture, ensuring robust security and seamless integration with various financial services. You will be key to maintaining high code quality, optimizing performance, and supporting architectural evolution in a complex and regulated environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop the online banking platform using .NET technologies
• Perform code reviews to maintain high quality standards
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability
• Ensure the security and performance of the applications
• Support the development and maintenance of application architecture
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements
• Use version control systems effectively during development lifecycle

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET, and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with microservice architecture and RESTful services
• Proficiency in SQL and query optimization techniques
• Understanding of unit testing principles and best practices
• Awareness of application security best practices
• Experience using GIT in collaborative environments
• Familiarity with distributed systems architecture
• Ability to document REST APIs using Swagger
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Experience with performance tuning of enterprise applications

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apache Kafka from a developer's perspective
• Knowledge of Redis
