Job description

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs and Product Owner to gather and clarify business requirements

• Analyze data from various sources and translate findings into actionable insights

• Break down requirements into clear tasks for developers

• Support backend and frontend solution components

• Prepare documentation (FRS, URS, Functional Risk Assessments, etc.)

• Create and execute UAT scenarios, conduct demos

• Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders

• Ensure alignment with Agile methodology and IREB standards

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Experience in global, multicultural teams

• Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial environments

• Strong background in data-driven and integration projects

• Hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake

• Experience with ETL tools (e.g. DBT, Airflow, Talend)

• Technical writing and documentation skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Agile mindset and familiarity with agile frameworks

• Very good English skills (spoken & written)
