This role contributes to a leading global company that's revolutionizing a core aspect of daily life for millions across three continents. The project involves vital data analysis, specifically A/B test analysis, dashboard maintenance, and the creation of new dashboards, to drive product enhancements and significant financial impact within their fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct A/B test analysis and draw actionable insights for business and product teams.

• Maintain and develop interactive dashboards for reporting and analytics.

• Build new dashboards and data visualization tools to support evolving business needs.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team including engineers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders.

• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear data tasks and solutions.

• Work closely with New Ventures teams to develop data-driven insights across different e-commerce subscription models.

• Ensure version control and workflow orchestration are maintained within engineering best practices.

Min requirements:

• Strong experience in Python development (Data Science context).

• Proficient in Tableau for reporting and data visualization.

• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions for version control and workflow automation.

• Working knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, Prefect, or Airflow).

• Strong business acumen with an understanding of e-commerce subscription models.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with AWS (S3), Databricks, and MLflow.

• Experience with Streamlit for lightweight applications and visualizations.

• Exposure to Poetry/piplock, Anaconda environments.

• Understanding of MLOps tools (SpiceRack) and basic hyperparameter optimization (Ax, Optuna).

• Strong corporate communication skills.
