As a BPA Specialist, you will be at the forefront of innovation—designing, developing, and implementing IT tools to automate both internal processes and services delivered to our customers. Your mission: improve quality, boost efficiency, and empower teams with smart automation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Identifying automation opportunities across VGS teams

·         Analyzing business needs and preparing business cases

·         Developing, implementing, and maintaining automation tools using Power Platform, VBA, BI, and RPA

·         Managing a library of implemented tools and documentation

·         Tracking tool performance and maintaining an up-to-date index

·         Promoting automation initiatives across the organization

YOUR PROFILE:

·         University degree

·         Very good command of English (German is a plus)

·         Hands-on experience with:

·         Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)

·         Power BI

·         VBA (including libraries for Adobe, SAP GUI, etc.)

·         Python (as a plus)

·         Interest and experience in RPA and Agentic Process Automation

·         Strong computer and analytical skills

·         Customer service orientation

·         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

·         Proactive mindset and multitasking skills

·         Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

·         Familiarity with improvement and project management methodologies
