📌 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the product team and other departments to understand user needs and implement tailored solutions
• Design and implement cutting-edge solutions aimed at automating and optimizing recruitment processes using the latest AI technologies
• Initiate and implement your ideas to enhance functionality, including designing workflow processes and user interfaces
• Ensure continuous integration and service availability, including managing Docker containers and ensuring application security
• Demonstrate a readiness to learn and develop, along with openness to feedback and collaboration within the team to achieve common goals

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Strong background in Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework for backend development
• Knowledge of Docker for container management

👌🏼 Nice To Have:

• Experience with the OpenAI API
