Key responsibilities

• Gathering business requirements from stakeholders; challenging and transforming to align with customer needs
• Lead and perform stakeholder engagement and presentations on a regular basis. Provide design expertise support in all aspects of UCD, with strong emphasis on responsive web solutions, across the analysis and design functions.
• Build strong relationships across the design discipline, adopting a joined up approach to end-to-end journey design executing at pace with minimum conflict.

Role requirements

• An impressive design portfolio, showcasing a range of projects and your approach to problem solving
• Skilled in the use of various software tools, such as Figma, Sketch, In Vision, Adobe CC etc.
• Analytical thinker, forming both holistic and detailed views of problems
• Focused on smart solutions and being the customer’s voice within the organisation
• Ability to transfer your ideas to high fidelity mockups and prototypes at speed
• Experience building products for responsive web
• An understanding of atomic design, design systems, and the application of design tokens
• Fast paced with the ability to prioritize and work on projects in parallel
• Strong understanding and application of user-centred design methods and principles
• Experience working and collaborating with a diverse team. Taking tech, risk and business teams on a journey with you
• Ability to strongly articulate your design work and rationale to your peers and cross-functional team.
• A qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or the equivalent professional experience
