Conduct comprehensive analysis of independently sourced data, performing validation and testing to ensure quality, robustness, and fitness for intended use
Develop a deep understanding of source data systems, metadata standards, and underlying models
Collaborate with model development and monitoring teams to understand data requirements; address data quality issues; support new data ingests and asset creation; and ensure compliance with data governance protocols
Build and maintain ETL pipelines for making data assets available within the GRADE platform
Contribute to strategic roadmap development for data, application, and business process architecture aligned with target future-state environments
Prepare clear, targeted materials for communication and reporting to business stakeholders across all levels of seniority
Effectively manage relationships across cross-functional teams, fostering coordination and collaboration
Work with senior management to prioritize key business and information needs
Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives for processes and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar analytical or technical role
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred
Strong theoretical and practical proficiency in programming tools such as SAS, Python, PySpark, SQL, and Hadoop; familiarity with Prophecy is advantageous
Demonstrated ability in business analysis, including requirement gathering and specification
Ability to interpret and work with complex data architectures
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
Familiarity with project and documentation tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com
Strong communication skills and openness to working in a multicultural and international team environment
Experience in IT or analytics roles is desirable
Preferable knowledge of banking risk data, systems, and risk models
