How you pedal us forward!

• Is the (store) mechanic team Instructor and shares his knowledge;

• Training of (E-)Bike (& store) mechanics, supports new colleagues in the onboarding program, and provides Repair training of swappers; and gives input to the Quality controller & repair specialist on the training;

• Creating & updating skills matrix (store) repairing team ;

• Responsible for the quality inspections in stores and warehouse;

• Has full autonomy with being an experienced mechanic; identifies complex bike repair problems and supports the more (unexperienced) mechanics;

• Supports in training and quality inspections;

• Repairs special cases;

• Responsible for Training of swappers in the South Netherlands region, including Eindhoven, Tilburg and Den Bosch;

• Responsible for Training of store mechanics in the South Netherlands region, including Eindhoven, Tilburg and Den Bosch;

• Provides input to auditing process / Helps to improve the audit process;

• Repairs bikes (in store/warehouse) in case of unforeseen repair capacity shortage.

The gear you need!

• MBO bike mechanic, and some years of experience as a mechanic;

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience;

• You have relevant work experience as a bike mechanic;

• You have experience in giving trainings to bike mechanics;

• Structured and organised way-of-working;

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs;

• Good with all type of people;

• Strong communication skills;

• Giving feedback to colleagues;

• You have an eye for detail and are a bit of a perfectionist;

• You can work independently but also as a part of the mechanics team;

• You understand and speak English;

• You are in possession of a driving license B;

• There is no bike you can not fix!
