Job overview

We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR leader to head the People Partners (PP) unit. In this role, you will lead a team, driving continuous improvement in employee engagement, retention, and compliance processes while providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing complex HR projects and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a productive team of 4 People Partners, fostering their professional and personal development
  • Guide the team in solving complex tasks: transform business challenges into actionable projects and initiatives
  • Ensure steady improvement in processes related to engagement, satisfaction checks, offboarding, work regulations and compliance procedures, providing innovative and strategic solutions as the company evolves
  • Analyse key people metrics and provide managers with data-driven insights and recommendations tailored to support strategic decision making across various organisation levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and strengthen organisational culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with other people functions and management
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to global leadership, highlighting the team’s achievements and contributions in driving organisational success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in strategic HR management with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-location company
  • Strong ability to lead through change and manage complex projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written
  • Deep understanding of team dynamics management processes, employee engagement, and retention strategies
  • Experience in analysing data and developing people metrics reports to identify trends, patterns and correlations in HR data and using it to address key people-related challenges and opportunities
  • Experience contributing to global HR initiatives, such as employee surveys or organisational research, with a focus on delivering insights that impact large-scale decisions
