📝 Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Endpoint Analyst to support endpoint management, end-user support, and IT operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with foundational technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support to end users via help desk channels (phone, chat, ticketing system)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Windows and macOS devices
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices
  • Support automation and scripting tasks using PowerShell and Bash/Zsh
  • Utilize MDM tools such as Intune and Jamf to manage and monitor endpoint devices
  • Document support procedures and create knowledge base articles for common issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior analysts or specialized teams

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Windows OS; familiarity with macOS is a plus
  • Basic scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash/Zsh
  • Understanding of endpoint management and MDM platforms
  • Experience with Intune, Jamf, or similar tools
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop,
  • Prior help desk or technical support experience
